I've been making web development my passion since 1996.
I didn't always know that I wanted to make creating web pages my career. For a long time, it was just what I did. Any new interest needed a new web page to talk about it. There wasn't "front end" or "back end", there was just Notepad and getting HTML to show what you wanted to whoever found your site.
I love making fun, great looking sites. And I love making great looking
code that powers them. I believe in principles of semantic language to emphasize substance before style. I believe in making the web a friendlier, more accessible space through continually improving what we as developers can deliver to users of all ability. And I believe in tools that empower developers to try things outside their skillset without having to become domain experts on what they use.
If you'd like me to work with you to bring my vision to your part of the web, check out my resume, or feel free to contact me.
